Shipping / Delivery

Our turnaround time right now is about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks.  But if you need your order sooner or by a specific date, just enter the date you need the order “in-hand" in the Order Notes field on the last page of check out.  If the due date is 9+ business days from the order date, we most likely will be able to meet your due date without the Rush service or expedited shipping.  One of our sales representatives will confirm your order and delivery date.

Rush Service

Select one of the 'Add Rush Service' options on the top right of the Checkout page.  Add the $75 Rush service to receive your order in 7-8 business days.  Add the $150 Rush service to receive your order in 5-6 business days. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed the next business day.  Expedited Shipping options such as 'UPS Next Day' or 'UPS 2-Day Air' may be needed to meet your due date, which will be an additional cost.  Please type your Due Date in the field under 'Order Notes'.

Payment

We require half payment upon you placing the order since this is a custom order, and remaining upon delivery/pickup. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as checkout with PayPal.  You can also mail a check to Red Dirt Design & Apparel
